Terms & conditions
These terms describe generic expectations for using a self-hosted instance of OpenFormat. Replace or extend this text with counsel-approved language for your organization before production use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to process unlawful content, to attack third parties, or to attempt to compromise the host, network, or upstream dependencies. Administrators may suspend access that violates policy.
Service provided “as is”
Conversions depend on many moving parts—libraries, optional tools, and your configuration. Results may differ by version and environment. Test critical workflows before relying on them for regulated or high-stakes work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, operators of this deployment disclaim liability for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Your agreement with your users may need to restate this in jurisdiction-specific form.
Changes
Terms may be updated when features or deployment models change. Material changes should be communicated to users according to your internal change-management process.
